While buying an AC i was told all the parts in the AC are under warranty, it is also mentioned on the warranty card the replacement or repair of any of these parts will be free of cost. However when we asked to replace the part we were charged fee of 560. The warantty card does not say that there will be cost involved if the replacement of any of these parts....... hence forth i am not going to buy any product from malaika as they mislead the customers and then do not stand by their words or the statement written on the card.

Horrible aftr sales attitude n service.
Hav purchased stuff over 1.5lacs in total.
Lot of delay in product demo aftr,
lies in communication by staff. cheating in updates n pushing complains to tomorrow.strictly no customer value aftr sale.
Staff is idiotic with no appropriate product info.
Incorrect info about offers frm paytm.
Global garner offer cheating where they change from SCB systematic cashbk to IC instant by themself to avoid full cashbck.
Better you buy somewhere with ur negotiation and not to fall in trap of 3yrs n 5 yrs cashbck.
Overall bad experience n still running to get issues resolved n im told come aftr 2days.my product are already completed 1 year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With reference to my experience, I suggest anyone and everyone not to buy any product from them. Delayed in customer service, not attending calls and even no response to emails. After attending calls they talk to their customer very pathetically. Just for 1 invoice copy against the product purchased they making us wait. Fake promises and none of branches answer the calls.
