★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Md doctor was very rude and was very arrogant about his designation.. Not even treated my mother properly but mislead her and did not give her xray report and case receipt.. Just gave her xray film...
Worst and the most worst nursing home I have ever visited..
Staff was also not experienced..
Don't even know to put tourniquet before taking blood sampling..
I just laugh by looking such idiotic behaviour of rude doctor and stupid staff..

Ac room it costed less thsn 2k per day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A saviour for Sriniwaspuri residents, run by the 'Rai' father-son duo. Both are amazing experienced doctors. Not a big hospital but decent enough and good quality treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been a pathetic experience. I have been suffering from severe toothache and the doctor did not even bother to meet me. She was busy in her sleep. I had a severe toothache and went for a checkup last night. But the doctor was not present there. I was given a pain killer injection and was asked to cone i the morning to meet the doctor. I went back today morning and the was told that she wont be meeting the patients because kids vacations have started. Are these ethics of a doctor? And that too when you are staying just above the floor. The patient is suffering severely and you cant even have a courtesy to meet the patient. What a pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rai Nursing home is one of the best places which takes care of patient overall, right from consultant, till opd, pathology, otho and dental services. It has experienced doctors and nurses working since last 20+ years. During Covid times also, they provide exceptional services. It's a one shop solution and highly recommended with nominal fees. Specially, Dr Himanshu(medicines & pathology) & Dr Parul Rai(dentist) takes care of patients very well.

Dear Sir,
I am writing this complaint letter against one of your staff nurse in cardiac department. My wife is admitted in a ward and her behavior towards us is very rude. It doesn’t just include us but all patients in the ward. She is extremely annoyed all the time. If you ask her anything, she gets all irritated and never does your work or offer help. She doesn’t even pay attention to fulfilling her duty norms, she is always in seek that when doctor goes away so she can go out of the ward and come back when doctor’s timings are for checkup. We had to give our injection as prescribed by the doctor but staff nurse was nowhere to be found. I had to go to the brain department to find the nurse. It was such a bad experience.
We are shifting to another hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, I have been regular in my doctor visits to keep my self fit. Dr Himanshu Rai has been my family physician for longest of years. He is very patient and an experienced doctor.
Also my teeth have been put to a better position by orthodontic treatment by Dr Parul Rai. I got my wisdom tooth extracted last year without much pain. Next I am planning to get a tooth implanted. I can’t think of visiting anyone other than her.
I highly recommend both the doctors.
