Moreover, no system for queues available. Anybody can enter in between a queue claiming they were standing since morning. How illiterate persons they are.

It's my request from people those who are reading this content that talk wisely with ladies staff atleast
Specially students are so pathetic with their language they use
Late Aap hote hai wo nahi
This is my personal experience from many decades crowd is so illiterate and it's grt thing that they people are handling them wisely
So let them respect and talk gently .
It's very annoying to hear ppl abusing the staff those who are on ticket vending counters .
It's a request to all be disciplined .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why stand in line guys, when you can get ticket online. Just intall UTS app and have a paperless journey, because at this place you will sweat out like hell to get ticket. This is one of the crowded station in India. Sometimes you also have to visit main station ticket counter at platform number 1 as you can't get ticket from here for nearby places. And also no enquiry window is there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's another general ticket counter at Ghaziabad Railway station which located at Vijay Nagar side.
Easy to notice and fast service.
Opening time is 9am to 2pm and 3 PM to 9 pm .
It has ticket machine where where you can also print your online ticket which is booked by NES App .
Wheelchair accessible entrance gate here and lot of parking spaces.
