★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please tell me why the speed get stuck at 10 mbps maximum of the time my plan is of 30mbps but i get 10mbps about 50% of the time and other 20% of the time the net dosen't even work and 30% of the time it work properly can I ask why

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited railwire broad band they are working in mohanpur road, magardhi ghat, Tajpur road, railway colony,barah pathar, kashipur , and Bazar samiti yet .The broadband connection is good working in samastipur .But cost are higher , almost every broad band in samastipur market region are same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speed is good but there is a lot of downtime recently. Also, there needs to be better and faster customer support when the the wifi is not working. No clarity on when the connection will be back once it goes down. Surely more internet providers are needed in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The irony of this review is that it took me 5 hours to post it, just imagine how slow and unreliable is the connection.
1. Be ready to have minimum 6 days of zero connectivity, another 5 days of intermittent connectivity and rest of the days you will have good connectivity. You still end up paying for the whole month, with no penalty ro provider.
2. Customer care is polite but ground support are really arrogant guys who will always find fault at your end. They will try to earn extra bucks by finding fault in your device.
