★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rainbow Hospital Bhopal has one of the worst junior doctor and nursing staff. They do not have the minimum etiquettes, hygiene and procedures towards the patient.
They even lack the basic communication skills so that they can talk to the patients or their attenders. They are even worse than the government hospitals.
The lady Ms. Neetu Toppo in particular. She is an arrogant, irresponsible, inhuman and the worst doctor I have ever came across.
Rainbow Hospital Bhopal, you need an hospital to get well soon.
Even one star is way too much for them.

The reason I am posting this at 12:52 am in the night to spell out my experience at rainbow hospital today. I had taken my daughter realising that she is running temperature. Unfortunately, as my husband is travelling I had to take my sister along. After paying the fees, doctor (Anand) came to check my daughter. As she woke up from her sleep she was very cranky and was crying continuously. The doctor told us that let her cry, it will be easier for me to check but my daughter was not even willing to sit (she is 1.2 months old). I came out of the room to feed her so that she calms down and stops crying. Exactly after 5 minutes we went inside and we were told that the doctor has left and you can take the fees back. We were surprised at this behaviour as being at the hospital, 2 ladies in the midnight are here due to some emergency and doctor just left knowing that we took the baby out of the clinic to calm her down. The receptionist (Jassi Gurjar) continued to throw attitude at us saying that doctor cannot wait. I finally asked them to call a senior authority from the hospital so that we can talk to them. He refused saying that there is no one available at the hospital. This is the 3rd time I have had a bad experience with this hospital. We have even recorded the video of the whole episode as the receptionist was extremely rude. My request to all you parents is please be mindful before visiting this hospital. I finally decided to write this review today as the behaviour really surprised me added to my stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the best care facility for chidren in Bhopal. our baby was admitted due to dehydration in midnight. The staff provided incredible support and help. Dr Khetrpal is one of the best pediatrician in bhopal and he provided the best consultancy and treatment to our baby. The hospital and staff is very good . They provided us all facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my daughter admitted recently due to high fever. Doctors and staff were good. Highly recommended. Go by the doctors and staff here and not by infrastructure as some may complain about the infrastructure but the main thing is that we go to hospital for treatment and not for comfort and as long as it is good nothing else matters. Claim processing and other things were also very smooth from accounts team. Had a very credible experience . All parents with children in Bhopal if ever there is a need to admit your child to a hospital please do only visit this hospital. I am sharing all this based on my experience and am sure all others will get the same experience. Doctors are strict sometimes for your own well being so please learn to adjust and all will be fine.
