★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the hospital and the service of the staff here. Ambience is really good and calm. We are consulting Dr. Suman Singh and she is really a nice doctor and answers patients questions with pleasant smile. The only pain point with the hospital is the car parking. They have car parking space but you need to keep in sun for long hours by paying the amount and that too in cash mode only. Hope they should arrange free parking at the hospital because sometimes we need to visit multiple times in a day and each time they charge no matter how many times you visit in a day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most respect profession comes with big responsibilities, taking care of us all! Dr. Sailaja Vallabhaneni did a great job with my pregnancy scans. She explained everything to us in a very clear manner. She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff were great.

never trust them if they make a booking/reservation as they never respect time.
Front office girls will talk endlessly amongst themselves...
Get your test done and go to a different hospital for the delivery!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This group of hospitals have started making policies which is against patients and resembles practice of loot.
They revised the number of days for free followup consultation to 5 days, as i remember it was 7 days earlier. All this decision was taken during pandemic which shows complete disregard to public health.
The consultation charges get revised every quarter.
Currently its Rs 800, last quarter it was Rs 750.
Hello Rainbow Hospital Management, my son was born in you're hospital 6 yrs ago. There's emotional connect with you guys, but policies which practice greed shows lack of responsibility towards society
I am writing this review to make you realise, your patients and service towards society should be paramount for any policy changes.
You will not survive if you keep making bad policies.
