★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - They don’t believe in appointment system. Though they say for newborns you don’t have to wait but i myself have waited in queue with my newborn for about an hour couple a times. Waiting area is also not spacious and organised you might end up waiting on the road or in your car.
- i found the staff non co operative.
- Dr Panara is a good doctor that’s what i had heard. But to my experience, my baby had a congenital problem which remain undiagnosed when i used to visit him and only came to know about it when i consulted another paediatrician.
In and all i wish they improve their working system and give more time to each patient when they visit the doctor rather than wasting patients’ time in waiting area.
