Emergency case attendant said charge will Pay 3550
i said why 3550…?
He said we want to call doctor (neurologist)
And then i said my problem was related to nephrology
Then he said now nephrology Doctor is not available so he said you will pay now 1250.
I request please don’t play with patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital are clean. Staff are co- operative doctors are good care for patient. I have pm Jay card. So I do not pay any amount during indoor patient. Medicine and injunction given by the hospital. Charge not taken from me. First case charge rs. 1350/- and other blood report charge rs. 4040/-.paid by us. But hospital staff is request us above charge refund to your bank account within short period.

specially thanks to reapected dr.kant jogani sir who have done spine surgery of my wife..
i suggested to wockhardt for spine related issue or diasease..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Management at the Hospital. Just for an OPD case had to wait for more than 3 hours even after being given an appointment. Still haven't got my turn even as i write this review.
It is utter chaos, the staff is very rude, shouting at people not to crowd in the waiting area. No one likes to stand and wait, but if one has to wait for 3 hours what do you expect ?
I kept asking about our turn, and the number didn't move for more than an hour.. Don't know if they were sneaking in other patients till that time, or the doctor took 1 hr+ with a patient, not very sure. But wouldn't visit again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went today to get my booster dose of Covishield vaccine (paid) where you have to book the slot in advance and they'll give you a slot (in limited numbers).
My slot was booked then also i was denied that they don't have the vaccine and the vaccine is used for today (maybe they've used it for people they know)
I asked if i have booked a particular slot, how can vaccine be not left for me?
To which i got vague answers and no support from Mr. Hiren who was sitting there and giving vague answers.
Not expected this from the hospital.
Giving 1 star because option for giving 0 star was not there
This review is based on my vaccination experience at Wockhardt.
Pathetic experience
In the end i went to Synergy where staff was also very polite and experienced to handle people and vaccination was also done properly.
