★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My puppy had severe seizure but he was able to walk and eat. I knew they charged high but I had no issue with the payment and I payed total bill. But they didn't able to find the actual disease and they were not updating the situation of my puppy. I used to call them and they update me false report, regarding cleanliness they were not cleaning my puppy at the end I lost my puppy. I admitted my puppy on time but Dr. Bhavana, Dr. Shubham and Dr. Laila didn't understood the emergency. I understand sunday clinic closed everybody have holiday and personal time but If patient is admitted and it is in critical the Doctor took care of patient. Rain tree and team I request you to kindly understand the emotions of pet and pet owners. Pet is a part of our family, they are complete world for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the if not, the best vet clinic in pune they care thoroughly for all the animals that walk through the doors very friendly staff and my dog is alive and happy in his winter years because of them god bless you all keep up the good work and thankyou for everything. Cheers from Simba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 55 days old persian kitten was in a critical condition as she had got gastrointestinal problem, ulcers in her intestines due to which she would continuously vomit and there was heavy blood in her stool. I took her to multiple vets but no one could help except Raintree Veterinary Clinic was able to diagnose this issue. They saved her life on time. All the doctors were good. I am thankful to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well.. to begin with I have not been to Raintree personally, my sister took my boy Sparky in earlier this week, I am currently out of Pune and we are currently in a emergency, a sonography was required my primary vets Diagnostics person was scared to touch a cranky boxer in pain. Our experience has been stellar, Dr Leila personally called and updated the findings, letting us know though it's critical it can wait for 3 days while I get back.
I am writing this review primarily in response of all the negatives I saw, and found a pattern all with max 2/3 Google reviews in past a classic troll sign, I would know since Cyber Sec is what I do for a living.
Earlier this year I lost a puppy to rat poisoning and I am wondering Ginger would have been with us, had I rushed her to Raintree and admitted her. I am forever indebted to Team Raintree for what they did and hopefully continue to do.. to bring Sparky back to his joyful self. Thank you Team Raintree!

First of all.. Shout out to Team Raintree for saving my boy, eternally grateful.
He had to undergo a emergency and rather scary surgery to remove the massive tumor (3kgs of his then 29 Kgs body weight) and at all times I was kept abreast of the progress and risks. I was explained in very certain terms, of the complications (it could be cancerous, meaning we would have to put him down) Team Raintree went beyond the call of duty and organized the blood required for emergency surgery. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Raintree by an acquaintance, after I had exhausted all the Veterinary Doctors I knew of including my regular Vet for 25 years. (no disrespect to any one of them, because as it turned out, our pet had an extremely rare condition). To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement, the most important thing after interacting with them was the infusion of hope. The care and dedication they displayed and this combined with their professionalism was truly something. It will be a travesty if I don't mention the fact that they really went above and beyond all realistic expectations including but not limited to arranging and getting MRI's done at odd hours of the night and consulting experts in the UK. (They even paid my parking fees for which I had forgotten to thank them). Though My pet was under the care of Dr Fernandes and Dr Kambhata all the staff at Raintree reflected the same attitude and I thank them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very Bad Experience. Never take your pets here. Bloody this clinic is filled with Cheats. Simply sitting to squeze money out of you ! A govt vet hospital would have much better response structure than theirs. I lost my cat today. As a reference from spca i went there with my cat, he has in critical condition, they didnt care at all, they told me wait wait outside we will call you. After 30 minutes only they were ready to checkup, they took and went to checkup nd called me told he has been gone. Very very worst service they were providing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Raintree twice this year so far, both were separate cases of emergency, for my pet cats Joey and Phoebe, and i also made several follow up trips after the initial visits. Both cases were handled promptly and with utmost care. The negative reviews i read online were concerning but i personally never experienced any neglect on behalf of the vets there or any staff members. Joey was hospitalised for almost two weeks and i visited daily. The staff were always attentive and seem like they genuinely love animals. While i waited, they also gave me updates periodically. I spoke to several pet parents who visited during this time too. Some of them have been taking their pets here for years.
Raintree and their staff saved the lives of both my pets and there is no other team i would trust them to in case of any medical emergency. Deep gratitude for the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We , me and my special needs pup, went to Raintree as they were highly recommended by family. They are usually quiet busy so it’s best to call them before you go. But once they attend to your pet , we got the best care possible, experienced and attentive staff. And they continued to help me with any queries over the phone (as we didn’t live in Pune) . I would absolutely recommend them. Additionally , they save and Athens stray animals at their own cost and on their own which is a sight for sore eyes. I even saw the senior vet feeding a stray pup that was lost. #faithinhumanityrestored
