★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place but extremely bad management. Some old residents uncles think they own the place. Huge discrimination btw owners and tenants.
If you are buying a flat it's good but if you are coming as tenants, be prepared for a inferior behavior even though you will be paying fair rent. Few examples are : Covered parking for owners only, no say of tenants in policies although equal maintenance billed etc.
On the upside, Security staff is very helpful.
