It is a very posh society with posh people. you will not find hooligans in or around your neighborhood. high etiquette amongst people and pretty silent and peaceful. an year ago, I was relocating from US and this apartment suited me from the first day. the building work is solid (though deteriorating gradually or rather I should say at a good pace). the maintenance staff is okay types and nothing extra ordinary. the location is very good here are the detailed star wise analysis
