Ideal place for marriages, upanayanam etc. Location is also convenient for people in Banasawadi and surroundings.
Then why only 4 stars? Staff are good but some of them smoke beedis leaving smell in the rooms or near the hall. Proprietor should also advice the staff not to stand and stare at people when they are dining. Except for this, the venue is ideal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building from outside looks good but poor maintenance of the halls and building with leaking toilets and dirty and unclean hall in 2nd and 3rd floor.Lift also was not working in the morning.Broken men toilets in the 4 th floor and very bad maintenance of the building and rooms have water leaking toilets and poor maintenance.parking is a problem.Building is full of dust and unclean.Entrance to the building has small staircase for going up and it is too small.50 people can sit in the dining hall of 4 th floor and poor maintenance of the tables and dusty chairs with no proper maintenance. Dusty wash basin in the 3rd floor and another hall is full dust.Garbage is not cleaned in the halls in the 2nd floor.
