★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prabhakar the owner understands the problem and is very polite. Serviced and did everything I asked for. Maruti official service centers themselves didn't have some of the spare parts, but this guy ensured all the spares including the flip board on top of the spare tyre and the wiper for my 2006 model of WagonR was replaced. One star less because the home delivery was very delayed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a skoda Rapid and owners of Skoda know how tough it to fix a problem in the service center.
Mr Prabhakar made it look easy and cost effective as well, initially I was carried away by the name however the amount of technical troubleshooting, fix and suggestions was excellent. I've also exprienced on drive support also when there was wobbling due to rim issues.
I would like to brief on issues that was fixed,
1. Service reminder notification --> this was not cleared when given to 1. Vinayak skoda
2. Persistent coil and engine notification on the cluster --> same uncleared by Skoda service center.
3. other issues of wiring/suggestions etc was much encouraging.
4. No hidden or non-confident info.
5. Ensure your questions are cleared and your not carried away.
I'm an Automotive Engineer working as Manager in reputed organisation and have passion for vehicles to my budget and I would recomment Maruti Motors as a first go for any of your issues especially like folks who have skoda or Vollswagon kinda cars.
Thanks Mr Prabhakar and staff for your excellent support over the course of your service to me and thanks to my dad for recommending this service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best multi-brand car service center in and around Kammanahalli. Mr. PRABAHKARAN is very professional and has a good team. The customer service is very good and issues are fixed correctly. Unlike other service centres which make money by changing unwanted parts, Maruti Motors fees is reasonable and to the point. I would definitely recommend others to get your car serviced here if you are unahppy with the previous service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prabhakar is a smart and knowledgeable person. No doubt about that. However, as I became more experienced, I could easily understand that quality is not consistent and overcharging happens more than you like.
With a different vehicle at a different workshop, I paid a fraction of what he charged. This was a disappointing experience for me.
If he step up his game, he has a lot more potential.

There are few complaints that I’ve reported multiple times to other dealer workshops for the last 3years, but has not seen any fruition was fixed expertly here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best service centers I have seen so far. Some of the best things that I like about the garage and its owner Prabhakaran is.... 1. They do things only that is necessary and change parts only when needed. 2. They deliver your cars after service at the least possible time, rather than keeping it in their garage for longer time to make more money. 3. They know what they are doing and do not do things on trial and error method... there is lot more to say, but you should try them once to really know how good they are in what they do..
