★ ★ ★ ★ ★ experience of purchasing is worst at the store, purchased two suit lengths & asked for slip of stitching rates, they dint give me slip on the spot & asked me to give at billing counter, two piece suit stiching rate in chandigarh is 2600/- Rajan store charged 3600/- from me,overall store sales staff is so clever, they misguide the customers,so PLEASE BE AWARE AT THIS STORE, Sooraj sales man & manager both are lier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review summarises our disappointing experience as a customer at this store. My parents purchased some fancy suits for women at Rajan sarees, Kalka chowk a few weeks ago. As a customer, we trust the salesperson to do his job without any negligence and hoped to have come home with exactly the same pieces that we had selected and paid for. So, we got one of the suits stitched without really paying attention to the dupatta. However to our surprise, when it was time to wear it, we realized that the dupatta piece was not the same which it should have been. Hoping it to be a mistake by one of the salesmen, we went back to the store and explained it, and it was very disappointing to see that nobody wanted to address the issue that day. But that was not the end of the story. We went to the store again, and yet again, we were extremely unhappy with the service. First of all the ignorance by the same salesperson upon seeing us again clearly showed that he is aware of the issue but is not willing to accept his mistake. Secondly, instead of resolving the issue, we were told to leave the suit at the store and wait for a call with their final decision about whether we would receive the right piece or not (probably just a way to put us off) and not in a very friendly tone. In my opinion, it is not how a customer should be treated. We have been extremely disappointed with the service at this store; it has cost us a lot of time and money. And a few days later, we received the package with the same thing!! We were not expecting such poor service and hostile behavior coming from such a big store!

Come home and check the suit is defective. The boys in the packing area where they are supposed to check the quality is where they change the suit and pack similar defective piece.

Took money...
And didnt deliver the lehnga.. didnt pick up the calls.
And highly overpriced..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this branch of Rajan Sarees and were not satisfied at all. They have variety but as compared to quality, prices were high. Probably the other store is good, but not this one. We found better shops that this with reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all we had a very mixed experience here. It's a very large showroom. Staff treats you differently depending on what you want to purchase and how much you have already purchased. Many times they don't have the courtesy to offer drinking water, even if you are waiting there for half an hour. Once you have selected a few expensive suitings/dresses, then you get VIP treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never Ever Going Back. Bought multiple dresses and got told they will be ready 5days later to pick up. I called them 5 days later to confirm the pick up, they told me it’s not ready yet. It will be ready in 2 days. After all this we got o pick up dresses and they haven’t even touched 1 of the dress. We got told to come back, it will be ready in 1 hour. 2.5 hours later we still don’t have the dress. Zero Customer service.
