I gave one star because I could not score zero.
Worst customer sevice and tailoring services ever experienced. Completely ruined my daughter's wedding day outfit and refused to take any responsibility. I felt like the staff were holding us responsible for their tailor's poor tailoring skills. Wasted our lot of time that we could have spent with our family who we saw after three years.
The irony was despite ruing an expensive outfit I did not get an apology, not even acknowledgement of our damaage and trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Suit fabric was okay in our case, but the tailor was very the worst. He made me come from Chandigarh 5 times and every time there was something or the other that was not done properly. This time the lining was stitched reverse. And the tailor charged 3000 for nothing. Pathetic experience. Second time. Worst shopping experience. Please spend your money somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop has ruined my bridal shopping experience. The staff have said that "their job is to only sell clothes". They do not care if they sell you defective pieces and pieces they know are not suitable for what I asked for. They will lie through their teeth and tell you that they will make the outfit better for me when they have no intention of doing anything once they receive the payment.
They then hand your bridal-wear off to the worst tailor who I've ever met. She ruined what was left of an already defective blouse. When I came for my fitting it needed more work as it was too tight and the tailor made it even tighter, to the point where we can't even fix it anymore. I just don't understand how a tailor can be so bad.
Look at other reviews - there has been another customer with the same bad tailoring service. Do not trust this shop with your money.
The staff then refuse to help you sort it out yourself. As far as they're concerned, if they've sold the outfit then it is not their responsibility. They tell you to talk to the tailor instead and accept no responsibility in giving my outfit to a useless tailor in the first place.
