★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charges were deducted inr 500 even after we cancelled cab 4 days in advance. booking made for 4th morning for 5 days trip. and cancelled on 31st afternoon. but still fee was applied although its mentioned on website that 24hrs free cancellation is there. avoid them, they don't stick to their own policies. Better use some reliable company like makemytrip or goibibo.
I will appreciate if they can real and revert to this.
Just to add to conversation: they don't have a refund policy ATALL, so avoid paying them prepayments. Specially if you travelling from abroad for visit, avoid paying them upfrount.

First time, we had called taxi to New Delhi airport for going to Jaipur, we were so impressed by the service that we we booked for return journey for self and other relatives on separate days. We got prior information about cab and driver by sms and whatsapp message. Keep it up!

You know i was searching for my wedding taxi operator in Udaipur since 1 month i saw lot of reviews,in each of every travel company but i was not so decided. Finally i spoke to you, Harish and you guide us very honestly and gave us best knowledge about taxi services as well as Dj sound .Me And my husband & all families even all our guests were really happy with your taxi's arrengment. Your driver Mr. Jitu is a superb man. He always used to be with us.He came every day on time, even your coordinator

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first of all I would like to state that the person Gajendra of the management is very irresponsible person. I talked to him on the phone asking for the package during my stay in udaipur from 31.01.2019 to 03.02.2019. at least 10 days ago. I texted him the details of my arrival and departure from udaipur. he didn't send me the details of the driver till I phoned him again on the day of my arrival in udaipur.
my package was fixed in 6000 rupees including which included the pickup and drop to the airport, a day of tour in udaipur and haldi ghati, eklingji, nathdwara on the second day. the driver was unresponsive on the phone and came late to pickup us at the airport. his phone was not reachable most of the time. he was very rude, non co-operative and even asked for more money than the package and was constantly busy on the phone.
during our trip to nathdwara, he drove very rashly and irresponsibly as he had to attend someone else.
all and all I would like to say that don't book cabs from them as they are very irresponsible and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not really happy with the services.the driver was not at all good. His name was Ghanshyam. He directly added his food expenses in our bill but we said no on 1st day itself. We had 9 days of tour which was royal Rajasthan. He was taking us for sightseeing as if he is doing some Favour. He also asked for extra 80rs for the water bottles which he kept in cabs for us (which I thought is complimentary) and famous poha which he insisted to eat even if we were not hungry as we were paying heavy amount to them. Please be careful before selecting cabs because here drivers are not good.
