We had planned a 3 destination trip covering Udaipur Jodhpur and Jaisalmer during new year. Mr Sunil from Empire tours immediately helped us with a 7 day itinerary when I reached out to him. The charges were pretty standard and the best part was that the booking amount was only Rs 1000. Mr Ram Singh was the allocated driver and his soft and polite nature was noteworthy. He was very accommodating and helped us visiting all the popular tourist spots. I would highly recommend Empire tours and travels as they are pretty reliable and serve professionally.

We contacted Sunil from Empire Tours Udaipur a week before our trip. He immediately curated an itinerary for us with all the details mentioned including the fine print - there were no unpleasant surprises during our trip. We asked him to make a few changes to the plan as per our interests and he did so very willingly. Fitting in Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer and Sam desert in a 8 days 7 nights itinerary is no easy task, but Sunil somehow managed to craft something very interesting. Our driver Shyam Prajapat was at the train station waiting for us when we reached Jaipur. After a tiring journey, the air conditioned Etios was very comforting on a hot afternoon. All of our bags (4 pax) fitted in the Etios which seemed pretty brand new. Shyam was not just our driver, but our advisor and tour guide. He would drive us around as per our itinerary, advise us what to buy and what not to buy (and where) and even explained some basic history. At some places, he helped us find a guide and even bargained for us. He looked out for our safety and tried to keep touts (there are a lot in Rajasthan) out of our way. He even tool us to some nice places to eat - cant forget the paratha thelas at Udaipur, the lemon tea at udaipur and the non veg place he took us to in Jaisalmer. Our whole trip was around 1300 kms and the conversations we had were an important part of our trip. Throughout our trip, Sunil kept checking on us to find out if we needed anything. One of us got a stomach upset during the night, we self medicated. The next morning Shyam mentioned that he carries all the basic medicines and should have called him up even though it was late in the night. Each night, Shyam would give us the agenda for the next day and we would disappoint him by turning up late by taking long for breakfast. At some spots too, we would take longer than necessary since the girls wanted too many photos. He never complained and went about keeping his clients happy. We had some extra time on our hands on the last day and both Sunil and Shyam agreed to show us some additional spots with no extra cost. We had wonderful holiday in Rajisthan which will remain long in the memory it's full of splendid temples and palaces I am very happy that we booked our travel through Empire tours and travels which is run/own by Mr Sunli as after entering parenthood this was my first family trip with my 2. 5 year initiallys a mother was bit nervous about every small thing right from. It is said that, Mustard is under the feet of Bengalis and the dream in the eyes to know what is unknown. This indomitable curiosity has repeatedly dragged us out of the house. In this irresistible attraction of this, we have ever run into the seas or to the mountains. Finally to the desert and the desert means Rajasthan. Rajasthan is not just a state of desert, It is the province of Heroism, Patriotism, Solidarity, Tradition, Sacrifice which is written in the pages of History. Although Rajasthan is far away from West Bengal yet the desire to travel dose not mean any obstacles. Sunil Ji came forward to help us, Head of Empire Tours and Travel. Despite having less time than we need, Sunil Ji made our travel schedule very nicely. He fixes the routine according to our opinion at a very fair price and throughout the day he always looking for our advantage and disadvantages. He did not even want us about the money, we gave him by ourselves. Sunil Ji came meet us at Udaipur. There are really very few amiable and honest people like him. We are very lucky to have Sunil Ji as our tour planner. In the Mahabharata, Arjun's charioteer was Lord Krishna and really coincidentally our driver (sarathi)was Shyam Ji (Shyam Prajapat) another name of Lord Krishna. So may be we had no problem. We reached Jaipur at 12.30AM. Shyam Ji has been in touch with us since that afternoon. He had been waiting for us at the station for a long time. Even at midnight he took us to the hotel with a smile on his face. At first glance it seems that Shyam Ji is a very familiar person to us. very clean and sanitized Toyota Etios has made our journey much smoother and more comfortable. That is why such a huge journey did not seem difficult to us at all. Every night Shyam Ji would fix our next day's routine but we would wake up late and disappoint him again and again. Shyam Ji is extremely safe driver. He has repeatedly warned us where to buy and what not to buy he even bargained with the shopkeeper on our behalf. He has even arranged guides for us in different spots. We forgot to buy Jaisalmer's famous sweet " Ghotua" but he made the right arrangements. Shyam Ji has helped us a lot in Jeep Safari and Camel Safari at Sam Sand Dunes, whether it is a Jeep Safari in Vishnoi village or buying travel bag in Pushkar or Buying Rajasthani Umbrella in Chittorgarh shyam ji keep us safe from dishonest traders. In the midst of all this,he did not forget to eat us that famous Paratha of Udaipur. He did everything with a smile on his face. we do not understand how the 12 days have passed. We , 17 member friends with family group started Rajasthan tour on 2nd of April and today 12th of April winding up the programme. Our group is so happy and contended on the personal care taken by Empire tours group , all are leaving with positive and cherishing memories of this 10 days trip. We a group of 17, travelled from Udaipur to Jaipur enroute visiting Mount Abu, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Pushkar, Ajmer and Ranthambore covering more than 1800 Km in 11 days. The provided vehicle was comfortable and spacious, and the driver was very humble, polite and helpful. He guided us throughout the trip. All the 8 hotels reserved for us were amazing. Special highlight was the stay at Jaisalmer desert camp. The tour guides provided were knowledgeable and well mannered. In short, the services and facilities provided to us were excellent.
