I was travelling to ahmedabad from delhi.
Bus was 6 hour late without any defect like puncture and defect in bus...
Driver was interested only to take passangers on the way
Lost my train of ahmedabad to delhi...
Travel in this bus if u have money and time to waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled on 27 JUNE 2017, I have used Charu earlier as well, that time they had a camera installed and only 16 people according to the seats were allowed, Now there were 2 Mudhas ( cane seats set extra ) I think this extra money goes into the pockets of the staff & drivers.
I would now not recommend this Bus service anymore & if you have booked a ride then never book a ride in 1,2,3 seat number as when they start filling the first two people ( which say is the max ) would sit next to these travellers & is very uncomfortable.
I would now say that maybe the Govt Volvo is better because they don't fill extra travellers.
I have just covered 30 mins till now & I already feel like a GOAT STUFFED WITH OTHER ANIMALS, AS LIKE THIS ONLY ANIMALS ARE TRANSPORTED !!! So be ready to experience the life of an animal !!!

They stop their buses at pathetic places.
I will never recommend it to anyone.
Me and my family travelled from Gurgaon to udaipur.

Before 18 days of journey, they called up and telling that bus got break down so they are cancelling my confirmed tickets.
No other options left for AC bus. It's very clear that they're disowned the online booking and reservation for other group.
I will never recommend anyone for this.
