THEY DO NOT FOLLOW COVID GUIDELINES
No sanitizer was provided at all
, bus seats were not sanitized
, sleeping cabins were very dirty
, staff dose not listen to any complaint
, We even found a half burned cigarette in the cabin
, Really overpacked seats some people just slept on the floor
, Staff is not wearing mask ? ??

Worst bus service , at the time of booking the owner of the agency told me that its lower seats but while boarding i found out its upper seats now they are not ready to listen as tbers no option for me now as its too late i boarded the bus.
Its a AC bus but they switched off the AC in the night, they switched it on only after repeated requests.
While on the way they stopped for the tea in the morning and told the passengers that its a half an hour break but they left the bus within 15 minutes and they left 2 passengers at the stop. Its not done yet, when i went to ask them when will ajmer stop come they informed me that its already gone 3hrs back and dropped me on the jaipur highway.
Which led be to board another bus back to ajmer for another 3hrs of journey.
So i request you all never ever board this bus agency worst service i have ever received.
