★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bus service ever. Please don't travel in this buses. I traveled from Udaipur to Baroda. Buses has no AC in AC bus. All tourists feel sufgocated during travel. Apart from that delay in departure. Bus came 3 hours late without informing us.
No sms service available for ticket confirmation.
No bus tracking app available.
Worst service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud travel agency. Taking double booking from offline and online site for the same seat numbers. I booked 5 seats from Rajkot to Nathdwara for 18th Nov which they cancelled without informing me to earn some extra money from offline booking. When complained about the same, they are not taking any actions.

Externally unprofessional behaviour from travel agency!
Bus numbers are pointed like illigal, there is no number on number plate as they said

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Driver stops the bus so many times for local passenger pick and drop on the way at every small villages. Do not book this for family or couple journey. Boring

1. Clean bedding and curtains.
2. Blanket was little smelly and too thin.
3. On time departure and arrival.
4. They don't turn off the lights which was frustrating throughout the journey.
5. Spacious single sleeper
6. MOST IMPORTANT- AC's position is just over the face, even if you close the AC gap it still throws cool air on face which makes your nose and ears freeze.
