★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally advise everyone to not to travel from this travel agency..they have such an unprofessional behaviour and no value for your money..I have booked 2 ac sleeper tickets from udaipur to sikar..they dropped us at jaipur and from jaipur to sikar they told us to shift in roadways non ac sitting bus which was completely full and we didn'teven get a seat...when I called them for this issue..they didn't even listen and respond properly...just looted our money by saying esa hi hota hai...
So please please don't trust this travel agency
They don't value our money and time
Very very bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Traveled by Raj Travels From Udaipur to Jaipur A/C.
The hygiene of bus are good and the charging point in working condition.
In Covid -19 Situation the bus is hygienic and the staff does sanitization at time of Entry in the bus and check the temperature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please guys, do not book bus from raj travels. These people are fraud. I paid 800 rs for the ticket. They provided other bus details but at the end they are providing a wrost quality bus with different number. Please do not book tickets from these guys. If you want a good journey experience. And their way of driving is wrost. I suggest in the same amount book bus from Rajasthan roadways.... Your safety is in your hand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We liked how they maintained covid protocols with chambers for every seat/cabin, covers on the seat. It looked clean and maintained. Overall happy with the service.
One suggestion though: Please mention while booking tickets that you have discontinued providing blankets. We saw blankets in pictures, and didn't carry one with us.
