★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The positives aspects are nearer to Manyatha tech park .. very safe and secure..full time security will be there..There are nearby local shops for purchasing groceries and stationary..Apart from ola and uber,you can get autos very easily since it is on the main road itself..so accessibility wise this is a wise option..The only negative is the surrounding area beyond Rajatha's compound..it's crowded and lacks cleanliness..and there are no good supermarkets or hotels (except hotel vijayalakshmi )..and no place to hangout in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment. Close to Manyata tech park and outer ring road. Main drawback is the Sorrounding area not good. Too much noise due to religious activities, congested road and undisciplined traffic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so clean and need! I tend to see some Bed Bugs on the bed at times.. complaint raised a lot of times and no one never minds.. moreover it's located in a conjected place and it don't deserve more than 2 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment which is near manyata Tech park,its a crowdy place but you will find all types of stores nearby. Good Unisex Salon is located in this apartment's complex including a new Gym as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place ... location is okay...it is the nearest place to Bangalore airport... facilities are okay inside the residential building...just outside is the gym...along with it some falls are very spacious....you can design the house the way you want

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here to meet someone very special. Will always remember those moments. Nice place with good security staff, playground for kids and of course will not forget the swimming pools. I hope to get some more memories in future..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good apartment with nice ambiance, good walk area ,connectivity to road, but lack greenery and garden, swimming pool is not under open sky, so could not be used much. Lack of games facilities. But at very affordable price.

You will be treated depending on your source of purchase or rental.
If you are rented by associations like nestaway you are treated as if you're inhuman. You will be unaware of society regulations.
Most of the amenities are in accessible to you. For instance, you won't have access to pool, visitor parking, roof etc.
The entire society is under poor governance.
