And now when I'm literally facing issue to get my cpu fixed by buying a graphic card they are delaying day to day
They never receive call on time and not give update
Even I did say to install a nvme SSD but they did install a NV1 SSD which is way too slow than nvme

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to improve a lot on the quality of the service. I had given my laptop for screen replacement. They were quick in getting the screen replaced in a day. But, later I noticed a tiny problem within the screen which I bought to their noticed immediately. They informed me that it could have happened while fixing the screen, but they assured me that if there is any issue they will replace the screen. I agreed to it. But again, I noticed that the panel wasn't fixed properly and one side of the screen was slightly open and it wasn't fixed correctly. When I informed about it, they say it will not cause any problem and I can use it as it is. Do you expect me to compromise with each & everything? I expect a service to provide 100% quality..You can't do a sloppy work and ask the customer to adjust with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and bad service dont go,,, he doesnt know how to do work, no responcibility, i gave my lap to changing battery, after taking money he gave me wrong battery and also he will not attending phone calls,, when i go to the shope he simply ignoring and blame on me,,,,i personally suggesting dont go if u love ur laptops,,,,

They have charged 2000rs for replacing laptop screen hinge but inside thet had glued it with fevistick. Cheap and fraud service . It came off just after 2nd use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not usually give a negative review for anything but this was necessary. I know this place and Mr. Kishore from the time they had a store under a staircase in sahakarnagar. The service used to be great but not anymore. They have expanded into a new place and do not value their customers anymore. I had visited the store with a keyboard problem but Mr. Kishore was very laid back in attending to me maybe because my problem wasn't going to fetch them too much money. I had to wait half an hour and got no solution. He just asked me to get my keyboard replaced. Why would I come to you if I could get that done myself? I would suggest you to value all customers regardless of how much money they are going to give. You just a lost a loyal customer
