★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give this guy zero stars. The parcel has arrived at his hub in Kharagpur on 8th November and today is 15th November. I am yet to receive it. He neither receives any phone call, nor does he make any effort to get the parcel delivered. I haven't seen a more hopeless, appalling, unprofessional courier service ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I have the option to give 0 star, then I would obviously do that. I've not seen such hopeless courier ever. It's passed one month but they couldn't deliver my percel. It's showing that my parcel has already arrived at hoogly but they are not taking attempt to deliver it to me. It's absolutely hopeless.
