One of the worst experience I've received. I purchase one scooty on 21st June 2021. I have received my vehicle number from RTO on 16th July but till today (04th August) SHOWROOM can't able to arrange my number plate after so many follow up. Even I spoke to their Manager Mr.Nayan and request him to arrange it ASAP as I've to take this scooty to Kolkata. Still they are saying it will take another one month.
Their service is very very poor. Be careful before purchasing any bike from them.

β β β β β Only show room and service center in Jhargram town. Maximum model of hondas are available here. Behavior of some staffs are good. For servicing you have to come here at 9 am 10 am. Otherwise u have to wait the whole day. Speed of service could have been better

β β β β β This showroom is located at Jamda, 2 km from Jhargram Panchmatha more . This Honda showroom is very nice and some of the staff here are very sensitive. 15th April I bought a bike(CD 110 Dream_BS-VI) from here .It took total of 80857 rupees to buy this bike.

Mechanics and some staffs are well behaved and they serve well. But but but.... The administration is bogus! They even don't accept Honda Joy Club currencies! They are desperate to replace spare parts anyhow! They asked me to change some parts of my vehicle over phone which togetherly cost 4000+!!!! And they frighten me that the respective parts are totally damaged and must be replaced... When I talked with the mechanic personally, he told me that all parts are as new...! ( My bike is 2yrs old). They asked me to change, break shoe, handle racer, plug etc unnecessarily....! They charge for nothing... Be aware... While dealing with them...!
