★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given my FZ bike service for 5 times here to do small repairs and clear some sounds etc..However I'm not satisfied once with their service ,Very bad service they give they don't even check small things which we say ,they only do replacement works and Done.. had worst experience all the time. As its the only Yemaha service center I'm option less.
Moreover being biggest Yamaha showroom in srikakulam they don't even have swipe machines to use ur credit/Debit card,It's most funniest part. They directly say we ll get taxed so we don't keep ,so they only accept money or UPI payments, How dumb management they are .If you option try to avoid this service center and give to someone else

If feel this Yamaha showroom in Srikakulam is very careless servicing

They kept my bike for 3 days to repair and said that they don't have spare parts.
The service quality is worst, I have visited many yamaha service center's but this was the most disappointing experience, posting a photo of the chain which is just taken after the chain cleaning and lubrication was done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center. Fake promises made. They Don't even receive and treat customers. Instead, better we buy the vehicle from vizag. So that we will get it for lesser price. Rather than buying it from this showroom. They only make Fake commitments. No moral values and ethics. Technicians demand money. Job not done properly. Would like to give 0 rating. But system is not allowing to do so. For the sake of warranty only going to this authorised service center.
