Ram Nagar Post Office - Dombivli

On 07-02-2020, at around 2.50 p.m., I had visited Tilak Nagar Post Office, Dombivli (E), so as to alleviate me, to acquire information, as regards, non-receipt of my Aadhaar Card. As, I approached a Lady Employee, &, apprized her, the said verity, instantaneously, she gesticulated her hand, thereby, connoting me, to approach a Male Employee. At the outset, I would like to unwaveringly expound, that, the aforesaid Lady's deportment was, indubitably, contumelious. Also, her motion of hands, to accentuate, by reflection, was, undoubtedly, impudent. Didn't she had the etiquette to encapsulate me, in a perspicuous manner ? I vehemently remonstrate against her unchivalrous demeanour. Thenceforth, when I approached the Male Employee, &, explicated him, as regards, the said veracity, in a trice, he caddishly enunciated me, not to stand, abreast him, &, to wait for 2 minutes. As, I ingeminated him, the pertinent reason, of my Visit, he discourteously iterated the said vowel. Regarding, the aforementioned Male Employee's irreverent wording, I would like to steadfastly elucidate him, that, it was the aforesaid Lady, who had lucidly gestured her hand, thereby, implying me, to approach him. Also, he should ameliorate his vexatious tone. How dare he articulate, such sort of saucy tone of voice ? I, too, would have retaliated, in the same vein, but, in view of the reality, that, he is an Employee of Tilak Nagar Post Office, I kept mum on the matter. Didn't he had the manner of speaking ? If not, it would be befit on his fraction, that, he memorizes the cardinal didactics, as, how to have a colloquy, with me. I vehemently objurgate against his egregious deportment. Furthermore, I would like to perseveringly notify the above-mentioned Male Employee, that, it was indispensable & obligatory for him, to apprise me, the precise reason, as regards, non-receipt of my Aadhaar Card, which, he didn't deem imperative. Also, I would have unequivocally waited for 5 minutes, so as to extenuate me, to attain the information, as regards, non-receipt of Aadhaar Card, &, not, for the ungallant tone, &, caddish conduct, of the said Male Employee. Moreover, let me festinate, at this juncture, that, Tilak Nagar Post Office has been instituted, so as to simplify it's reverend Folks, to consummate to fruition, their task, in a compendious & succinct manoeuvre, &, not, for the malapert & unpalatable conduct, &, insolent & sass tone, of the above-mentioned Employees. Besides, I would like to resolutely vocalize, that, had the aforesaid Lady, expatiated me, the apt reason, as regards, non-receipt of my Aadhaar Card, the question of approaching the said Male Employee, would not have cropped up. Also, I had absolutely NO ebullience, to stand, abreast him.

This is worst place to visit. Whoever visits this place will stop investing in postal schemes. Their system is mostly down and place is congested without air. It has no air-conditioning. Staff isn't very helpful. Post matters are routinely doing given duty without thinking of improvements which they can being without govt help. Worst place and worst service.

Excellent customer centric well informed and efficient staff.

Not a good place to be. Lazy and impolite staff will ensure worst service to you. I also went there to update my mobile number in Aadhar but a lady servant told me to go another branch which is near to my home as it doesn't fall under their purview. Overall a bad experience.

No one in Dombivli knows where is Ramnagar Post Office... Not even Auto Rikchaw drivers... So avoid government service... A BIG THANKS.

Staff work very slowly all the time I am coming that internet was down staff not supported all the agents come and they tak much time at counter

The speed post offices in dombivli really need a revamp. The employees are very lethargic in their approach and they deal with all matters so casually without realizing the importance of the documents inside it. Also, the process defined for returned undelivered is so casually managed that the customer has to end up tracking it down and collect it from the original source. Why can't the postman leave a note about the failed delivery attempt? If basics are missing, then the question is should the post office still exist? Shouldn't the work load be just managed by private courier operators?

This post office which is at PHADKE ROAD, OPPOSITE HDFC BANK IN DOMBIVLI EAST, is poor service. Poor attitude staff, they are lethargic, taking more time for solving customer's query and issues. Especially one of the lady staff is very lethargic. She was commenting me as 'YEDAA' (Fool) when I was filling up a form. This shows her mis behavior with the customers. I would have taken action against her, since I was getting to go to my office, so I was not having time to back answer or argue with that arrogant woman. She must understand the fact that if she is a government servant then we (public) are also govt. servant. here. Also I suggest everyone, don't take help or assistance from any agents in this post office. Many agents are waiting inside and outside the post office. They charges money. If you want to open any account then deal with the post office staffs (especially with the male staffs) directly.
