Location is good - in the heart of Noida.
Rental costs for the flats are on the higher side.
Society maintenance fee is cheap (Rs. 2100 as on 10-Oct-2017)
Maids and cooks are easily available. Most of them are from Nithari village which is just across the road.
The building has designated plumbers and electricians. They are not prompt in service and a lot of follow up is required to get them to complete the work.

Also a army society, but one thing
I don't like that they have no soft corner for civilian, they barricade service road where we can park bike , cars also passes through this way.
They block this by a unauthorised gate
The security guard think #pm to himself
They said our senior banned general people pass this way also parking.
What is this
I know all forces pride of our country
