We paid whole money in advance , and it has been more than 1 year and he is yet to deliver living condition. We are living where sewage water is flowing in open. And the builder is totally careless to connect the sewage to sewage line. This has created a hazardous situation. He has taken all money in advance and not delivering the project and worse we are forced to live in this situation.
