★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor products and service. Very poor and rude staff. Please do not buy anything from Rama watch.
We had purchased a balmain watch 1 year back. In this one year the watch broke down 4 times and the showroom did nothing.
When we went to them the 4th time, they told us they will send it to the showroom and the repair will take 1-2 months and that is also not confirmed.
What is the point of buying a luxury watch if it breaks down 4 times in 1 year, specially swiss watches which are known for their built quality. Plus to quote the rude employees "Watch hai to kharab hogi hi, isi liye to service centres hain. Aap 50 lakh ki watch lelo yehi hota hai. Agar aap ye sooch ke le rahe hain to mat lena".
I haven't seen such a poor quality service and such rude employees in my lifetime. I am not going to buy anything from Rama watch ever again.
