★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are always lot of shoppers [or fake shoppers], so store is very crowded and trial rooms are very busy. I think since they have lots of stylish options, so most of the Chapri Instagram reelers/ influencers are always clicking their pictures in trial rooms.
Management should take care of this.

Sales are held month at the Zara Store.
Staff is very attentive there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online Site App is a better option to shop. I don't like the India Zara Store. Staff availability is less, I think no one there's to help you if you want to ask something, better go to the trial room to ask from that attendee appointed. She will help. Today's experience it is. On rest days can't say..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ambience of the store was good but the management did not hold the standards. There was too much crowd and the trial rooms were flooded. The rules to use them were nothing short of absurd.
Struggling through the crowd if you selected more than 6 article and queued in (about an hour or so) for trial rooms, you won't be allowed more than 6 articles and you'll have to get in queue again, which is again going to take an hour.
There is no space to breathe a little or to rest your legs even though it is taking so long for almost everything.
The management can surely improve.
The other people employed there were doing there job and am completely satisfied with that also.

l've never had a bad experience at any location and this follows suit in that trend. Spacious, well laid out, bright, and clean. One of the larger locations I've been to and it does wonders for the spacing between installations and displays. The racks were stocked, table items were folded and neat and out of place items were few and far between. Everything at the store was organized very well, unlike other locations I've been too which are chaotic. They didn't have what I was after but employees were quick to assist me and even offered to look online to see if the item was in stock but opted to do that at another time as I was in a bit of a rush. The staff was very professional and friendly.
I had a great experience at this location. They have a great selection, all the latest fashions on their website was at this location. Always nice to stop in and look around or go in for something specific!
