★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is super excited when making a sale, however misguides the customer regarding the fitting of the suit by saying that the suit fits perfectly.
The response from the staff during alteration is completely pathetic. They made me wait for 1 hr to take the measurements for alteration as the tailor was not available for some reason. Even after patiently waiting, the tailor did not take any measurements and just eye balled it.
During pickup of the altered suit (which was after days), they made me wait for half hour after the scheduled pickup time and then came back saying that the alteration hasn’t been done. They asked me to comeback after 1 hour. The behaviour of the staff manager Mr. Neeraj Bhatia during this whole scenario was completely despicable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very unprofessional service it's a sale going on at this time but staff they even don't know what's on sale or what's not ,we went to do wedding shopping after spending 30 mins trials and all staff said oh sorry this is not on sale today but it was yesterday .when we spoke to the manager he said we have a casual staff so we don't know anything...very bad pathetic service with this good brand
