Staff avoids eye contact with customers and aren't aware on how to attend to customers. 90 percent of their customers just walk away by walking once inside the store. Although the collection is good but is very expensive. But the staff makes it difficult to shop.

β β β β β THE WORST STAFFS, I have met in my entire life. There were three staffs , busy with doing nothing. They told us to wait for five minutes to search for one particular size t shirt and after 30 minutes nothing happened , even they didnβt give us a reply. And Mr. Charles who was the one attended us. I would suggest whoever the manager or incharge for this store better put some good staffs for your sales growth.

β β β β β Roude Staff, did not let people enter at 6:45 pm..Said they have to wrap things by 730pm..As per govt. guidelines moll was open till 8pm..the staff should be chuked out from their job as they cant make there own rules..Very poor staff..Dont have an option to rate ZERO else would have given 0 rating..Pathetic experience

The staff definitely doesnβt know their job as per their attitude on their faces they think more of themselves as models rather than sales person and have no sense how to approach a customer. I feel pity on the person who is paying actually no wasting his her money on them
