★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to trek to during winters. Must avoid the trail in rainy season as it becomes slipppery. Carry lots of water. Only one way up and down. Has a makeshift Shiva temple on top

Worth the 7 km upward climb is the beautiful scene from above. The beautiful pools of water on top, and a superb lotus pond take your breath away as you reach the summit!

Climbing/ Trek is moderate level difficulty.
1st timers can actually manage easily (age is no restriction if the person is willing to take the stress, and is active)
Best to go with a bunch of new people around you- makes the climb easier as you get to know new things, from new people.
Lunch/Food is definitely POTLUCK!
CARRY LIGHT, ENERGY BARS (LOADS OF THEM), ENOUGH WATER, A TOWEL/TISSUES, AND NICE STRONG TREKKING SHOES (running/ jogging shoes tend to be slippery during ascent and descent)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A peacefull place for trekkers ,no crowd will be there .better to go in groups.there is a temple on d top of hill.u can have best view of nearby place like kytsandra from top.good time to trek is early morning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good place for a quick trekking. Dont expect more. The top view is not that great and climate is not so good after morning 7. but still a good place for a weekend trip. No much parking space and no shops nearby for food or water so better carry all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Max 1hr trek to the peak. Small temple is here with Shivling. Near by villagers worship place. If you have visited major treking place, then you can think of this place. Carry sufficient water and snacks as you wont find any thing.
