More than 100 village people mainly women are involved in preparation of joshstick, cotton and woolen materials, etc which are being sold thru their own sales counter. Nice arrangements following Swami Vivekananda's path.

Best if you book guest house 3 months before, try to avoid festival seasons to enjoy cool and pleasant atmosphere. I was there with elder parents, and with the mother blessing not find any difficulties while we were there, we stayed at shyamasundari athiti nibas, just out side of main temple.
