★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, they receive only cash causing a lot of inconveniences.. During routine checks before admission for delivery , the hospital doesn't provide copies of reports of tests ldone on the patients which is desired.
Still, the place is good because they don't overcharge you, maintain cleanliness around and provide services of sincere, honest and experienced doctors and other staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are charging almost same as nursing homes, where as the overall service is very bad. Food provided to in-patient are pathetic. The way the manage the operation is very poor. The behaviour of staff and so called mata ji's are arrogant, and the most worst part they take only cash, neither cards nor e-wallet payments. They receive enormous donations but don't know where it is going. I am seeing no changes since last 20 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The payment can be made only in cash points to be noted. They charge more than a nursing home and they don't have the ICU. With its name indicate opened for Charitable purpose but directly ask for bribery , not a single staff over there having identity card and all the so called Illiterate and arrogant matajis before consulting doctor can herself declares that you will have to undergone cesarean delivery and ask you to pay 20k cash before second visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No time management, no respect for patients' time. Received very cold and business-like treatments. They cancelled my mother's appointment on Saturday October 30. Then gave another appointment for November 1. Upon reaching the clinic, the receptionist informed me that the doctor had not yet reached and they have no idea when he would reach. They sound like a restaurant to me. I would not recommend anyone to visit this clinic. Poor is the word!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pathetic. Rude behaviour of staff, inefficient administration especially by Matadis. We were booked under a different seniour Dr and later we understood some junior Dr consulted us. The doctors are not interested to even talk about the diagnosis. Seems like draconian era where someone else wants to take all calls.
I only visited this place as i heard good reviews...but from past and that's very much evident. Six hours of very bad behaviour and experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lost my baby here. I was 35 weeks pregnant and was admitted due to lack of movement of my baby. I was kept ignored for 24 hours and finally was taken for a C-section in a hurry as my baby's heart rate decreased and then my baby died. In addition to this the doctor said that she had an enlarged lever which is completely false and we got to know this from Post Mortem. Extremely inhumane services received. Shame on the staffs and the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital has a different charm to itself which can’t be put in words. The moment you enter it, despite the hustle bustle of health workers there is a peculiar serenity about this place. Mata Ji is quite helpful so are the doctors, especially Dr Dutta. The hospital has all the main departments but caters mostly to Obs & Gynae and neonatal care. I surely hope everyone stays in good health, but if case be, this is an absolute trustworthy place to put your health in safeguard.
