★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very good old Ganesh temple from the Peshava period. The temple is small and retains its old structure. It is located on the foothills of Parvati hill and bit inside the residential area so one may not find it easily. The Ganesh idol is Swayambhu means it's self borne . The idol is big and quite different from the other Ganesh idols we normally see in such Swayambhu Ganesh temples. Overall a nice place for Lord Ganesh Devotees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pristine ambience, and a very old world charm attached to the temple. Built during the era of the Peshwas, the temple has a 'स्वयंभू' (naturally created out of rock) idol of Lord Ganesha.
A must visit temple for its simplicity and peaceful surrounding.
