★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting time too high for every small thing
We went to hospital for consultation and waited for Doctor from 10 am till 3 pm.
I thought it will be professional and respect our time and order of registration, but surprisingly all political drama to enter into doctor room, the people bribes to staff and enter first.
For Angiogram test we waited for 3 hours
For Discharge we waited for 4 more hours
Overall it is not properly organized, no sence of time for any of the staff here.
Waiting room is empty but they will not allow to sit if some one comes from far place to see patients.
Treatment is hidden no one knows what they are treating.
I strongly suggest not to consider . I saw one innocent woman from a village crying that they admitted for a small cause and ended up with 5 lacs bill and she is cursing hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad was diagnosed with Valve prolapse. Dr.Jayram Pai sir has done a marvelous job and helped my dad to recover well. Pai sir has treated my dad very well. The nursing staff has done a great job and took a great care of my dad. The hospital sanitation is very good and cleanliness is very well maintained. The food is very good. Overall, I recommend this hospital without a single doubt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad had bypass surgery done by Dr.Pai who was excellent in communicating with us and his team were also in regular contact with us giving information about my dad whilst he is in ICU. I really appreciate their help throughout my dad's stay in the hospital..
I found the hospital staff are very helpful. Hospital was kept clean and tidy with plenty of seating areas for the patients and their families.
The canteen area was also very clean and it appear that they are maintaining good hygiene standards. Food is of good quality and I am very pleased that they actually deliver food to patients rooms.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the care provided by the staff in the hospital. I wish them all the best and hope that they continue to maintain the high standards.
