Scenario: April 2019
I rented an flat in Airoli and due to job transfer after 3.5 month I informed agent that we want to leave this place hence will Serve 30 days of Notice and then pls refund our deposit.
Post completing the 30 days, they said you haven’t paid first month rent so same will be deducted from Deposit.
Somehow I got the evidence sent last time to owner then only they Returned my deposit.
So be careful while dealing with this agent as they they don’t care about documentation.
If they asking for first month payment then they should note down all payment to avoid this issue on last day and very simple question how owner/agent will stay silent if I haven’t pay very first month rent it’a common sense.

These people have a permanent office in Airoli, last year i had a bad experience with a real estate agent. That guy did not had office and just lost my important documents. They charged me a months brokerage but they had given me many choices for rental flats. The owner is a good person and strongly recommended from my side.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had given my property on rent to this agency since 2019, when I asked them to vacate in may, these people have stolen multiple items from my house from spouts to gas stove, curtain rods etc..no keys were given back. 2 granite door frames were broken , most wardrobes are damaged, toilets are in pathetic condition n broken expensive bath fittings.
Plus he's not even ready to accept the damage caused and says breaking of granite door frames is part of normal wear n tear.
Avoid giving property to this agency at all cost,
