from Bihar. Be aware guys, they cheated me with 3k rupees of security deposit. Avoid this completely.
Pramod Mishra owner of this agency, was not returning my security deposit . When I tell them that I will lodge a police complaint then only returned my money but deducted 3k illegally.
Avoid this fraud and illiterate.
Don't go by couple of good ratings as they are given by its own people.

Plz be aware, when you leave the flat they will not come to see flat. They will tell you go and we will checknlater and update.
But latter they will send list of things which are broken and not working.
They will do it deliberately to earn money as they will ask money from owner and ultimately owner will deduct from you. They will try to earn atleast 10000
One of their emoloyee said I know what are things we're working and not means he knows almost each and everything before 3 years.
