★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few amenities are there but never works. Regular water problems even after there is no cut anywhere. Swimming pool is permanently closed,never seen operational. Gym equipments are not maintained,no club house,garden. No closed parking.Over priced apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok guys so I am gonna put the honest review of this society in front if you after living here for 7 long years and still living here only..
1. We have a gym which is good for average work out as it got all the necessary basic equipments. If you wanna have an advance gym with new technologies then either fund the society's gym or find a better option outdoor..
2. All previous complaints about insufficient water supply are useless now as the sociaty has resolved this issue permanently and we do not have a single drop of water less than required
3. Our swimming pool is open and functioning however due to covid situation nobody preferred to use it
4. The committee is formed and they work excellently
5. We have enough parking
6. Society is secured, well maintained and owned by well behaved people
7. Flats are expensive to buy but that's what a standard per square foot rate is
8. You won't hear much noises and it's lovely to have open view with cool breezes. Airoli and Rabale railway stations are equally distanced from us and you can choose either of them for your daily commute..
