About Ramgarhia Girls College
The college provides equal opportunities of higher education to all students, irrespective of economic or social background. Students hailing from the economically weaker section are provided with guidance to avail government scholarships, and helped financially through the Students Aid Fund which is raised by donations from generous industrialists and organizations. Students are encouraged to participate in sports and co-curricular activities to promote all-round development. Education is imparted with a thrust on inculcation of moral and cultural values, to face the challenges of career and home. The college works for the promotion and preservation of the rich cultural traditions of Punjab, so that the future generations may proudly exhibit the grit and determination associated with the land of the five rivers.

Collage is situated in main city area and transportation, convenience and security is easy and best. Inside the compound, there are a vast space for parking, playing etc. there are two main auditorium which can accommodate 1000 people.
The Ramgarihia Education Council started in one room in 1942 as Ramgarihia Technical School. The vision and fire sightedness of Baba Gurumukh Singh (Founder President) and his team marked an era of establishment of school and a college for the education need of the society.
