★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It all started when the govt. of West Bengal handed over a school called Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) to Ramakrishna Mission in Jan 2016. Since then, the school has seen outstanding development due to which, the Tribal Development Dept., Govt of West Bengal has considered this school as the Model School for the Tribal Students in the State.
Presently, there are >350 boys & girls studying here. And an Ashrama came into existence in Aug 2017. All the local people are proud of the pupils here.
