★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience in terms of customer service. The delivery and after sales service is mismanaged to large extent. The staff doesn't answer the mobile and landline number that they have provided is not available.
The upper management or owner Mr. Vaibhav has not answered our repeated calls. Even after sending people at store they have not handed them the order.

Vaibhav Rana store owner ..he is a great guy.. he makes everything just so easy .. helped me with my trousseau and wedding lehenga.. made it just the way I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t fulfil their commitment on time and they don’t have a polite and humble approach towards customer , while selling they make big promises regarding delivery n finishing of clothes but fail miserably in everything they do , on top of the the owner or upper management whoever sits there has an arrogant attitude, his rude behaviour makes him the most unfit person to take care of his venture and customer both.
Oh you people lie as well , you quoted 25k for the lehenga we bargained to 23k , no shopkeeper will come down to a price for 35k to 23k everyone knows it and now you are only admitted that it was unfinished as it did require dry cleaning, a newly purchased lehenga required dry cleaning which you didn’t do on time , I didn’t even put one more issue related to dry cleaning here you only brought it up . On the top of that since you knew that we were left with no choice to purchase from any other store for reasons like you had our advance money and we were really short of time for a new purchase you really enchased the benefit from our situation.
