I had picked up a lehnga from there exhibition in Delhi
Its choli got misplaced/exchanged while packing.They were very cooperative they took my outfit back to Jaipur got a new choli embroided n couriered it in record time.There customer dealing is to b appreciated.They r polite humble n responsive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very beautiful place in jaipur.All brands cloth,grate collection of ethnic wear are available hear but little expensive.This is a very well maintained showrooms of ladies clothes. All types of sari and suits are available here. The scale up. So rich people are more comfortable here. But if discount sale going on, then common people can also buy cloths here. You should visit here. The quality of clothes are adorable and lovable. Great collection of ethnic wear. They have lot of options from light semi formal stuff to really heavy options and bridal wear................

I bought my bridal at Zari and the staff did a fantastic job of helping me with numerous trials, answering all odd questions, arranging timely trials and committing to their word. Mr. Rajesh Nama , the person who helped me pick the lehenga went out of his way to help me out , even arranged a last minute adjustment of the lehenga within a few hours as I was pressed with time. Giving five stars for all the staff , my lehenga and specially for his service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly over-priced shop. They are cheating customers by saying it’s all handwork. It’s machine work and then just some part of it is handwork.
They delivered my lehenga without making any suggested changes (not even my fitting) was right. No cane provided, the lehenga has flaps and folds as no cane support.
I spent so much money on this Brand but there service has been so pathetic.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.
And still hoping they will fix my dress and not spoil my wedding day.
