★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service drivers and cleaner's arrogant they made us change buses all of a sudden saying that road tax of bus coming from bhavnagar isnt paid so Maharashtra entry wont be possible in that hus do they insisted on interchanging the bus at 11 o clock in the night there were aged people who hada miserable time doing that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor services. They switch off cabin lights on their own accord saying that the driver is facing issues in the front. Idk what issue a driver can face with lights inside the closed cabins. Charging points are either broken or not working . AC is ok ok. Will never travel with them again. Don't waste your time and money on this travels

Velvet seats tend to accumulate more dust and hence make it more unhygienic and dirty. You can breathe dust while sleeping.
On board bus staff is good and cooperative.
Hotel stops can be improved.
Overall service is good.
