★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its an old apartment with small homes. People live in pagdi accommodations. Ground floor has some shops. Parking is limited to certain residents. Quite close to Mahalakshmi station. Opposite of Dhobhighat. Road opposite to the building is occupied illegally by hawker who makes the place very crowded and untidy. Behind the building there is that Jacob circle. Place is also close to upcoming metro station, racecourse.
