★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think to buy. All cheating . Not following commitments. I have been told that in future they can buy back my purchased land if I wish to resell. But now they are telling they don't have this kind of policy and development of plot not done even after 7 years. I am in total loss.

They are late in delevery but the location is great.
So one should go for location and long term investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stay in Undri in one of the society built by Ranjeet developers.Though paying complete maintenance to builder on time. The MSEB has cut the power supply of society. Now there is no light , no water in society. Living on tenth floor and no lift working no water supply is making life difficult. It has been 3 days now all the members of society are suffering.
