★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic experience, Staff which is provided for as care taker not even have basic education of dealing patient, no responsibility. And ground stuff(including owner) are really rude. Wont even bother answer to calls. They only contact for payment.
Most of reviews & rating are given by there own stuff and owner himself.
Be careful if opting this agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unprofessional and pathetic service! There is no system, no clear protocol and zero accountability whatsoever. The people they send have no training and no experience and there is no background check on the individuals either. I have tried their services for four months and had to keep changing people that they sent thinking the next person will be better or even slightly professional. I would not recommend this bureau to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The support who was staying at night stole 5000 from the wallet and ran away. After showing the cctv footage, the bureau said they will get him home in the evening which never happened. And the bureau said they are not responsible for it. And that they do not take responsibility if anything is stolen. Would they say the same if anyone was harmed?? Pathetic!
