Of Security cameras, 250Kwa Diesel generator as power back up, multi Gym, community hall to accommodate 30-40 people, 24 hrs water supply, effecient Sewage treatment unit, Borewell water with water treatment unit, Cauvery water connection available, Pristine clear, chemically balanced good quality swimming pool, Basket ball court, Garden area.
Friendly neibghours, helpful staff, effecient owners association members. All in all, best place in and around Kengeri.

Very beautiful location on off Mysore Road. 100 % peaceful and mind satisfaction.
Very near to railway station, Mysore highway, easily connect to nice road and upcoming metro station.
It's situated in front of Kengeri Lake alongwith good neighborhood.
